Ingredients:

Dough:

3 eggs,

1 cup kefir,

1 cup sugar.sand,

0.5 tsp baking soda (extinguish),

2 cups flour.

Beat everything well (the dough is like thick sour cream).

Divide the dough into 2 equal parts. parts, add 1 tsp of cocoa to one.

Bake 2 cakes, cool and cut into 2 with a sharp knife.

Cream:

500 gr.sour cream,

100 gr. sugar.sand.

Preparation:

Lubricate the cakes with cream (if desired, you can add nuts, candied fruits).

Sprinkle cocoa on top.

Let it brew (3 hours).
