Lemon pie

Composition:

— Margarine – 250 g

— Warm milk – 0.5 cups

— Egg

— Salt

— Sugar – 1 tbsp. l

— Flour

For the filling:

— Lemon – 1 piece

— Orange – 1 piece

— Sugar — 1 cup

Preparation:

Knead the dough. Add flour until it sticks to your hands. Leave the dough for 1 hour under the lid.

Lemon pie filling:

Put a lemon and an orange through a meat grinder, add 1 cup of sugar.

Divide the dough into 3 parts of different sizes. Roll out 1 large circle, 2 smaller circles. Place a large circle in a frying pan greased with vegetable oil. A layer of half a lemon-orange filling. 2 circle from above ( lifting the ends to the edges of the first circle ). Another layer of filling. Let's expand the 3 circle, connecting the edges into a beautiful wave. Leave it on for 30 minutes. You can immediately put it in the oven, having previously pierced it with a fork in several places so that the dough does not rise.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 g for ~ 30-40 minutes.
