Condensed milk pie
The simplest and quickest recipe for a sweet cake with condensed milk.
You will need:
Creamy vasko — 80 g
Shortbread cookies (jubilee) — 300 g
Egg yolk — 3 in
Condensed milk — 400 ml
Lemon — 1/2 piece
How to cook:
1. Put the cookies in a bag and grind them into not very fine crumbs.
2. Add finely chopped and strongly cooled butter to the cookies and mix thoroughly.
3. Put the resulting mass into a mold and form sides about 2 cm high. The dough should be distributed as evenly as possible.
4. Place the mold in a preheated 180 °C oven for 15 minutes.
5. While the base is baking, prepare the filling. Beat the yolks and add condensed milk to them.
6. Continuing to beat, add the juice of half a lemon.
7. Taking the mold out of the oven, put the filling on the base.
8. Spread evenly and put back in the oven for 10 minutes.
9. After removing from the oven, decorate with berries, fruits or whipped cream to your liking.
