Ingredients:

— 100 gr. flour

— 100 g. sugar

— 200 g. coconut chips

— 2 eggs

— 1 tsp baking powder

Preparation:

Beat the eggs with sugar. Add the coconut flakes and mix. Add flour with baking powder, mix again. Put the dough in the refrigerator for half an hour. Moisten your hands with water and form cookies from the dough. Bake at a temperature of 180 g. c. for about 15 minutes.
