Delicious chicken legs in dough
Instead of puff pastry, you can use yeast dough, and to make the dish even more fragrant and original, you need to remove the bones from the chicken legs and stuff them with a vegetable mixture.
Ingredients:
— 6-8 chicken drumsticks
— 3 garlic cloves
— 1 pack (450 g) of ready—made puff pastry
— salt and pepper to taste
— vegetable oil
— 1 egg for greasing
You can use tomatoes and any greens for decoration. The cooking time is 50 minutes.
1. Rinse and dry the chicken legs. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with finely chopped garlic. Leave it on for 10 minutes.
2. Fry the legs in vegetable oil on both sides.
3. Transfer to a plate and let cool.
4. Roll out the pre-thawed dough thinly and cut into narrow strips.
5. Wrap each leg with strips of dough spirally from bottom to top, wrap the bone with dough too.
6. Place the legs in the dough on a greased baking sheet, brush with yolk and bake in the oven at 200 ° C for 20-25 minutes until the dough browns.
