Quick puffs with cheese
IT WILL BE REQUIRED:
● Puff pastry packaging
● 200 grams of processed cheese
● mayonnaise
● 3 tablespoons flour for rolling out the dough
HOW TO DO IT:
1. Cut the puff pastry into squares. Roll out each square thinly.
2. Chop the cheese
3. Put as much cheese on the edge of each square of dough as you deem necessary, add a little mayonnaise.
4. Cover the filling with another edge and gently press the edges with a fork! Grease the puffs with egg.
5. Bake the puffs on greased baking paper in a preheated 170 degree oven for about ten minutes, until browning.
