Honey Cake
Ingredients:
For cakes:
2 eggs
100 g of softened butter
150 g sugar
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp. with a slide of baking powder
420 g of flour (approximately)
For the cream:
2 cups sour cream
1 cup of sugar
2 tsp vanilla sugar
Preparation:
Beat the butter with sugar and honey.
Without stopping whipping, beat in the eggs one at a time.
Add the flour mixed with baking powder and knead a soft plastic dough.
Divide the dough into 6 equal parts. Let's choose a plate that will serve as a template for us when cutting off the edges of baked cakes. We roll out each part into a layer, the size of which will be slightly larger than the diameter of this very plate.
Bake the cakes in a preheated 200 degree oven until golden brown (about 5-6 minutes per cake). Cut it off on a plate and stack it.
Beat the sour cream with sugar until the latter dissolves.
Generously lubricate each cake with cream.
Turn the scraps into crumbs and sprinkle it on the cake.
Let it soak.
