Cheese and sausage pie

Ingredients:

— 250 ml of kefir

— 150 g of flour

— 2 eggs

— 200 g of cheese

— 200 g of sausages (or sausages)

— 1 teaspoon baking powder

— salt

Preparation:

1) Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Cut the sausages into thin slices.

2) Mix eggs, kefir, 1/3 teaspoon of salt until smooth. Add baking powder and flour, mix so that there are no lumps.

3) Add cheese and sausages, mix. Put the dough into a greased mold (I have a shape of 25x25 cm).

Place in a preheated 180 degree oven. Bake for about 35-40 minutes. Done.

The pie tastes best when it is warm, although it is also very good when cold.
