Delicious bagels
Bagels
- 2.5 tbsp flour
- 200 g of oil
- 200 gr. sour cream
- 1 egg (for lubrication only)
- 3.4 tbsp. sugar
- a little salt
- jam (I like apricot), you can have any sweet filling or nuts, dried apricots..
Grind the butter with softened butter to crumbs, add salt, sugar, mix, sour cream. knead the dough. Let it stand in a cool room better, then divide into 8 parts, roll each in turn into a circle, divide into 8 parts, fill the wide edge of the segment, roll it onto a greased baking sheet, anoint with egg on top. Bake until golden brown:)
The dough tastes great. I recommend. time-tested!
