The cupcake is "Simpler than simple"!
In the evening, I pleased my husband with such a simple cupcake!
Ingredients:
- 1 can of condensed milk,
- 2 eggs,
- 1 lemon,
- 6 tbsp starch,
- 1/2 tsp baking soda.
Cooking method:
Grind the egg, add condensed milk. Grate the lemon on a fine grater and add to the mixture.
In a separate bowl, mix the starch and baking soda and add to the mixture too. Pour into pre-greased molds and cook over low heat. It is better to use small cupcakes: they cook faster, the dough rises well and is baked. Check readiness with a toothpick (ready when the dough does not stick).
And note: no flour!!!!
