The dough turns out to be very thick sour cream.The pan should have a thick bottom. Preheat the pan, add another 1 tsp of vegetable oil to the dough, mix quickly. We put small pancakes in a greased hot frying pan. Do not smear the pancakes. Fry over low heat under a lid.Serve hot on the table.
