2 kg of tomatoes, 250 g of apples, 250 g of onions, 150 ml of vinegar 9%, 1 tablespoon cinnamon, 4 clove buds, 1 tablespoon salt, 1 teaspoon ground paprika, 1 teaspoon ground black pepper, 150 g sugar. Tomatoes, apples and onions will be passed through a meat grinder and boiled for 20 minutes. Add vinegar, cinnamon, cloves, paprika, black pepper, sugar. Boil the mixture until thick. When hot, we put it in hot sterilized jars.

English ketchup with onion and celery

4 kg of tomatoes, 100 ml of vinegar 9%, 50 g of salt, 750 g of sugar, 10 g of red hot pepper, 5 g of ground ginger, 5 g of ground cinnamon, 5 g of ground cloves, 1 liter jar of finely chopped onion and celery, 4 liters of water. Cook mashed tomatoes, celery and onions. Wipe, add spices, boil the mashed potatoes over low heat. The boiling process should continue until the ketchup looks like mashed potatoes. Take your time. The water should evaporate, not the juices. Make sure that after evaporation of the water, the juices do not burn, otherwise the aroma and taste of ketchup will spoil.

Ketchup with sweet pepper

2 kg of tomatoes, 0.5 kg of sweet pepper, 0.5 kg of onions, 200 g of olive oil, 1 cup of sugar, 1 tablespoon of ground black pepper, 1 tablespoon of dry mustard, salt to taste. Chop all the ingredients using a meat grinder or blender, mix, add spices and leave to cook on low heat for 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Put it in sterilized jars, roll it up.

Ketchup with plums

2 kg of tomatoes, 1 kg of plums, 0.5 kg of onions, 1 head of garlic, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of hot red pepper, sugar and salt to taste. Chop the tomatoes, steam them in a saucepan under a lid on low heat, rub through a sieve. Remove the bones from the plums, steam and also rub through a sieve. Mix the tomato and plum mass, add the prepared spices and garlic passed through a press. Boil it by a third of the volume. Pour it hot into sterilized jars, roll it up.
