An incredibly delicious jam with an alluring aroma of cinnamon and nuts, it tastes like candy.

Ingredients:

— 2kg of cream;

— 1 teaspoon grated ginger;

— 1 teaspoon of cinnamon;

— 150g of peeled walnuts;

— 600g. sugar;

— 1 liter of water.

Wash the plums, dry them, cut them in half and remove the seeds. Chop the walnuts.

Put the plums in a cooking pot and sprinkle with sugar.

Then pour in water and cook over low heat until boiling. As soon as it boils, remove the foam and pour in the cinnamon and ginger, mix and leave to cook for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally and removing the foam.

After the time has elapsed, remove the jam from the stove, cool and add the nuts. Put the finished jam in sterilized jars, close the lids tightly.

The jam should be stored in a cool place.
