CANNED FISH PIE WITH POTATOES
The essence of this pie is in canned fish. Take the ones you love. I have sardines, but you can have tuna. My guests did not immediately guess what kind of filling was in the pie. It turned out to be unusual, original, and very tasty!
2-3 potatoes
1 can of canned fish (250-300 g)
1 large onion
, herbs
, salt and pepper
for pouring:
3 eggs
100 gr. sour cream
100 gr. mayonnaise
a little salt
1 tsp baking
powder 3 tbsp flour
Peel the potatoes and line the bottom of the mold with circles or plates
Mash canned food with a fork with spices, finely chopped onion (you can pre-fry it) and herbs. I add a little more lemon juice. Spread evenly on the potatoes.
We make a fill. Beat eggs, sour cream and mayonnaise, sift flour with baking powder and mix thoroughly. Pour the pie.
Decoration on top — if desired, you can leave it like this. I chopped the onion, sprinkled with sesame seeds, dried mint and pieces of sweet pepper.
We send it to the oven, heated to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
