Pepper fried in marinade
Ingredients and preparation :
Preferably multicolored pepper, wash, dry, remove the seeds and fry in sunflower oil. Put them in sterilized jars, sprinkle with garlic and herbs.
Pour over the brine.
Brine: 1 liter of water, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup 6% vinegar, 1/4 cup salt, boil everything.
Roll up the jars under the lids and under the fur coat.
