Very juicy and delicious lazy Cabbage rolls
My whole family is crazy about such cabbage rolls!
Ingredients:
— 500 g of fresh minced meat
— 300 g of cabbage,
— 100 g of rice,
— 1 egg, salt, pepper
Preparation:
Chop the cabbage thinly, soak the rice in advance, add the minced meat, salt, pepper, and egg.
Mix thoroughly. Form cutlets.
There are two ways to cook them: fry them and then put them out under a lid in sour cream and tomato sauce. Or put it in a mold and bake in the oven.
First, without sauce for 20 minutes, and then pour over the sauce and bake for another 20 minutes.
Sauce: 3-4 tablespoons sour cream, 0.5 cups water and 2 tablespoons tomato sauce.
