Ingredients for the recipe «White bread in a slow cooker»:

1 sachet of dry yeast;

900 grams of flour;

500 milliliters of warm milk or water;

1 full tablespoon semolina;

Sunflower oil;

1 tablespoon of sugar;

Preparation:

Bake delicious homemade white bread in a slow cooker, because it's so easy to do. You knead the dough according to the recipe, put it in a bowl, the slow cooker will bake bread without your supervision.

Dissolve the yeast in warm water, add salt and sugar, and mix.

Sift the flour and semolina into the yeast mixture.

Add a few tablespoons of sunflower oil.

Knead an elastic, soft dough.

Cover the dough with a paper towel, put it in a warm place for one hour.

After the time has elapsed, knead the dough again, form a ball from it, put it in a greased bowl of a slow cooker.

Turn on the *heating* mode for 15 minutes, then turn off the slow cooker, let the bread rise for 40 minutes.

Bake white bread for 60 minutes in the *baking* mode, in a slow cooker on one side and 40 minutes on the other.
