You can get the desired result by performing a massage using a specialized brush shower or manually. This massage should start from the lower part of the breast, then from the nipple and up to the neck and chin. Massage movements should be performed clockwise around the breasts themselves. Be sure to massage the inner surface of the forearm, as well as the skin on the sides of the chest.

For dehydrated, as well as losing skin tone, ice wiping, cool compresses made of salt water, tea or mint infusion, oak bark, chamomile, lime color, which are taken in the same proportions (this infusion should be infused for five hours), the juice and pulp of fruits and vegetables will be beneficial.
