Description: France, 1949. Desperate to find a job, music teacher Clement Mathieu ends up in a boarding school for difficult teenagers. There he sees the cruel «educational measures» resorted to by the rector of this institution, Rashan. The more Rashan bullies the boys, the more aggressive they become. Mathieu, who is good-natured by nature, is outraged by these methods, but he is not in a position to openly protest.
